Breese Homewatch & Handyman Services, LLC is a veteran-owned business, with 30 years of construction experience, that will monitor and supervise the homes for seasonal, part-time residents, full time residents and Property Managers. Many of these homeowners arrive back to their homes with major problems. These homes can have problems with water intrusion, AC leaks, pipe breaks, natural disasters, pest problems, vandalism, etc... We can monitor the homes and address any issues that may arise. We set up a yearly contract, so we monitor the home throughout the year instead of only when the home is vacant, this keeps any problems from occurring without knowledge.
